Exhibitions and Open Studio Events
🔥 Group Exhibitions
Open Borders – Curtin University Gallery
Perth, WA – 2023
Featured as part of the Open Borders exhibition, my work drew from personal experience of losing my home in the devastating 2023 bushfires. Titled Fire Knows No Boundaries, the piece explored themes of displacement, grief, resilience, and the fragile relationship between humans and the natural world. This exhibition brought together diverse voices reflecting on borders—both physical and emotional—in a rapidly changing environment.
Open Borders – Remote Edition at Ravensthorpe Hall
Ravensthorpe, WA – 2023
This regional presentation of Open Borders extended the dialogue into rural Western Australia. My contribution continued the narrative of Fire Knows No Boundaries, connecting with the Ravensthorpe community's own experiences of fire, loss, and recovery. The work served as a quiet act of remembrance, as well as a gesture toward healing through shared stories and art.
